Red Bull Megahurtz Recap

This past weekend Red Bull presented what they described as "audiovisual event for the eyes, ears, and mind" at the Storeyum in Vancouver called Megahurtz. Boasting festival like qualities while maintaining some of the intimacy of a club event, Megahurtz combined live band performances with DJing and Hip-Hop sets to bring a diverse group of artists to Vancouver. Performers from around the globe were showcased including Felix Cartal, one of our favourite artists from Vancouver, as well as the husband-wife group Mixhell from Brazil, and Black Milk who makes a stop in Ottawa coming up. Jokers of the Scene were in the house also, but under the moniker of Blank Capsule, a group they have created alongside friend Bryce Kushnier.
